NetTPV™
VoiceLog eLOA (Electronic Verification) Process
Now - verify Internet orders with the security and credibility of Third Party Verification and the legal standing of a fully qualified Electronic Signature.
Generating orders on the Web, but concerned about fraud issues? With VoiceLog NetTPV, you'll be able to meet all FCC order verification requirements, prove that the order came from the customer and discourage any attempted fraud. And because it's all Web-based, NetTPV costs a fraction of what standard Third Party Verification can cost. The process is simple, can be easily completed by customers, and is customizable to your specific requirements. Verify telecom, Internet or any other service order quickly and easily and know that VoiceLog will securely keep and instantly retrieve the documentation for a minimum of three years.
Here’s how it works:
- You send us your documents, such as your standard terms and conditions. These can be Word, text or PDF files.
- When you receive an order from your customer, you send us a transmission including the customer's email address.
- We send an email to your customer to verify the transaction. This email includes a link to a unique web page designed for this purpose.
- Your customer opens the email and clicks the link to the web page where they can review your contract and transaction details.
- The link to the web page is for the specific instance of that customer's order and can only practically be accessed through that email.
- The customer clicks the confirm button
- Optionally - the customer can be directed to call VoiceLog or we can call them to add verification levels
- Optionally - we can require personal information from the customer to add verification levels (zip code, last 4 digits of SSN, etc.)
- Once confirmed, the entire transaction (client documents, order detail and verification data) is stored in our secure data center
- Optionally - completed transaction is date/time stamped by electronic notary
- Last, we send you notification that the transaction is completed: either in real time or in batch at regular intervals.
