Because the call center industry is so regulated, we keep close watch on all the rules designed to regulate call centers. From “anti-slamming” rules at the FCC and state levels to the FTC’s “telephone sales rule” and the thousands of laws and regulations at state PUCs, Attorneys General Offices, and other departments, we both stay informed and try to help our clients do the same.
